Transportation

What We Will Do:

	The 10th Episcopal District will contract with local bus companies to transport attendees to the Quadrennial from airports to hotels. There are two local airports: DFW and Love Field.
	The 10th Episcopal District will engage special cars and support for Bishops, Episcopal Supervisors, and General/Connectional Officers.
	The 10th Episcopal District will provide a toll free phone number [866-277-3967] for attendees to ask questions and get information.
	The 10th Episcopal District will provide friendly, knowledgeable, trained and helpful volunteers to welcome and assist in transporting attendees.

What We Need:

	Episcopal Districts to provide flight information and number of attendees by May 1, 2003. This information should be sent to the Quadrennial Planning Office.
	Episcopal Districts to provide any special information such as attendees with special transport needs, flight information for Bishops, Episcopal Supervisors, General Officers, Connectional Officers and other pertinent information to the Quadrennial Planning Office.
