Greetings My Brothers and Sisters!

It is with great joy that we greet you in a New Year.  We celebrate all the great things God is doing in our Zion and we look forward with great expectations as we make our march toward the Quadrennial this year.

First, let me say that the tremendous, tenacious and talented Tenth District is leaving no stone unturned as we prepare for the Quadrennial.  We are delighted and privileged to host this meeting and we are preparing for you in a magnificent way.

Second, we have established a Quadrennial Office and you can reach it at (214) 333-1930 or toll free at (866) 277-3967.  You can also access our Quadrennial Website through the 10th District WMS Website: http://www.wmsypd-amec10.net.  E-mail may be sent to: qpo1930@wmsypd-amec10.net. The person directing the office is Gwendolyn Harrison and she will help in every way possible.  We need your help by sending us your travel information so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your pickup and safe delivery to the meeting place.

Third, it is imperative that we work together as we plan to host various activities during the meeting.  The Women's Missionary Society hired a consultant to negotiate all the prices of activities held at the meeting.  The Wyndham Anatole is a wonderful hotel and they are very proud of all their goods and services.  I know that all of you are very capable of getting deals, but you will not get what the consultant can get.  The consultant can get you excellent prices on your meals, meeting places, or whatever you choose to do with your group while in Texas.

Finally my Brothers and Sisters, we are excited about the meeting and look forward to your arrival in the Talented, Terrific, and Trailblazing Macedonia AME Church!  We cannot wait to see you in Texas!
